Chalk's is an independent gallery showcasing arts and crafts by artists usually local to their New Forest location, but also from further afield too.
The gallery is run and curated by artists, Harriet Wesley and Rosie Wesley. A mother and daughter team, striving to present a fresh and exciting approach to the artworld, making exquisite artworks and handmade creations accessible to all. The selection of artwork exhibited includes a range of mediums such as painting, printmaking, glass, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, metalwork, woodwork and textiles. There is also an excellent range of handmade artisan gifts and cards.
The gallery holds themed exhibitions as well as demonstrations and events throughout the year and is committed to showcasing a high level of creativity and talent from artists, regardless of status, providing a much needed platform for artists and exciting viewing for the public.
