Based in Dorset, I mainly paint semi abstract seascapes and landscapes. I love to try and capture the feeling of a place and time, particularly stormy skies and seas. I belong to Ringwood and Highcliffe art clubs, and regularly exhibit with them. I also participate in Salisbury Hospital art exhibition held annually in January.

I have only started painting in the last few years mainly since I took early retirement, and now regularly paint most days, and recently started to paint plein air. I also belong to a Friday painters club at Ringwood, where we socialise, paint and critique our artwork.
