Linda studied at the Royal College of Art, she started painting 20 years ago following a successful career as a knitwear designer. The experience with colour, pattern and design is evident in Linda's expansive, textural canvases. She paints in thick impasto with a palette knife, in either oils or acrylics in her studio in Wells-next-the-Sea. Her landscapes are full of life and energy, giving a sense of the mercurial nature of the local landscape.
