I am an eco sculptor and mixed media artist. I like nothing more than getting messy and creative and I love to introduce people to the wonderful world that is Powertex.
What is Powertex?
Powertex is a universal medium which is a glue, paint and fabric hardener combined. It enables you to create the most marvellous creations from fabric and natural fibres.
Powertex can also be mixed with other products to create three types of clay and a myriad of textures which makes it a dream for mixed media projects. Powertex is Non Toxic, Water Based and Environmentally Friendly. Many of the materials I use are recycled, it gives me great pleasure not to throw stuff away but to refuse it in my art.
Creating with the fabulous medium of Powertex is a great experience, a real chance to shut out the real world and have some time for yourself. I positively encourage you to give yourself the gift of Messy Play.
